Equipping people of faith and goodwill to organize communities for systemic change through collective action.

Acerca del evento
City Council Attorney Allan Wade, who the people did not elect, has been tasked to consolidate OUR police accountability ordinances into one. The result, titled the “Tyre Nichols Justice in Policing Ordinance,” does not include any of our demands, nor would it have kept Tyre Nichols alive. Tyre Nichols' family has come out with a statement against this consolidated ordinance, meaning that a "yes" vote is a vote against Tyre's family.
We are calling for EVERYONE to come out to the city council meeting, on April 11th, we must PACK THE ROOM at City Hall (125 N. Main St.) at 8:30am and 3pm. Please join us to urge the Council to Vote no on this ordinance.
