About the event

Are you concerned about the Memphis "Safe" Task Force occupying Memphis? Do you feel overwhelmed by the harm being done to the most vulnerable in our city with our tax dollars? Do you want to learn how you can respond in an organized & faithful way? If so, join us for another Faith & Democracy Session at Greater Mt. Zion Missionary Baptist Church on April 11th from 1-3:30pm! This training will give people of faith & goodwll an opportunity to understand a broader & more cohesive picture of what is happening in our city & our country. We will grapple with the enormity of what is at stake & together, build a vision & action plan to make Memphis a place where each person can thrive.
