·      Reclaiming self-interest as a necessary tool to motivate one’s self and to motivate others.

·      Creating relationships – the prerequisite to effective evangelization.

·      Distinguishing between public and private relationships – or how to move from co-dependent to healthy, accountable, productive relationships.

·      Building organizations that can be effective vehicles for social change.

The Gamaliel Foundation is an inter- national organizing institute working with over sixty-five communities throughout the United States and Great Britain and  South Africa.  It is a network of organizers, clergy and lay leaders with years of experience in the ever more difficult task of creating powerful grassroots organizations to work for justice.
